All ProTraxx running surfaces are made from virgin rubber that is harvested in a responsible and sustainable fashion. The use of sustainably harvested virgin rubber creates a 100% recyclable surface, as the rubber can be re-used in another application, reducing waste and disposal problems.

“From the Green Sports Alliance about working with Connor”
Connor Sports lead a comprehensive community service legacy project as part of a new three-year strategic partnership with the GSA. On June 28 more than 100 GSA event partners - including the HOK, U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Center for Green Schools and USGBC-Illinois - and local community volunteers together in partnership with the Chicago Public Schools’ (CPS) Sustainability Department to conduct a comprehensive, eco-friendly make-over at Robert Healy Elementary School in Chicago. Upgrades made during the project included painting of exterior elements of the school using environmentally friendly low VOC paints, planting raised bed garden areas to promote ecological awareness among students and the surrounding community, new multi-sport lining and other enhancements to promote safe play, healthy and active living among students.
