Connor Sports is proud to provide a playing surface that acts as center stage for an event that marks the beginning of college basketball season. Our commitment to sport builds strong foundations for the 2016-17 basketball season as Connor Sports offers turnkey logistics, installation and on-site support for the Champions Classic.

Since 2012, Connor Sports and ESPN Events have partnered as champions of sport to bring a piece of home to military members and families stationed on bases overseas – the chance to attend a top tier college basketball game. This yearly tradition will continue on November 11th, as the 2016 Armed Forces Classic tips-off on a Connor Sports basketball court at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu, HI.

Connor Sports® hosted a responsible forestry education at Newberry High School in partnership with The Nature Conservancy and the Newberry (MI) School District to begin the production process for 2017 NCAA Men’s and Women’s Final Four that will be manufactured at the Connor Sports’ mill in Amasa, MI.

This week, the Utah Jazz and Sacramento Kings will step onto their new Connor Sports basketball courts for their first season game. Good luck to them, and all other NBA teams who practice or compete on a Connor Sports basketball court, in the 2016-17 NBA season.

Twenty years ago, Connor Sports became the first MFMA member to be certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). This partnership with the FSC means we’ve spent the last two-decades engaging in business practices that preserve forests.

Everyday champions play on Connor Sports basketball courts but the power of these champions extend beyond the three-point line. As Champions of Community, Connor Sports, along with St. Sabina, Mary’s Courts, Isiah Thomas, Spike Lee and Jabari Parker brought champions together for the Fifth Annual Chicago Peace Games in an effort to build relationships and create brotherhood on the neutral territory of a basketball court.

As Champions of Sport, Connor Sports is proud to announce that ALTIS has selected Connor Sports as their Track and Facility Maintenance Partner.

Earlier this year, the Toronto Raptors dedicated a new two story 68,000 square foot practice facility that includes a locker room, workout area, therapy areas, various offices and two Connor Sports basketball courts. Prior to building the facility the Raptors shared their practice space with the Maple Leafs, the historic Toronto hockey franchise. Sharing practice space made the Raptors feel they were without a place of their own.
