Taking the Floor Becomes Trend For Final Four Champs
"Specially constructed courts for the NCAA men's and women's tournaments can be purchased for about $100,000, said Jeff Morton, marketing manager for Connor Sport Court International, a Salt Lake City firm that manufactures the floors. Kansas bought the floor that its men's team won the title on in San Antonio last year and has been using pieces of it to raise funds. But it's not just championship-winning teams that buy them.

Celtics Won It On A One-Of-A-Kind Connor Hardwood Floor!
Boston, MA, June 18, 2008—When the Boston Celtics won their 17th national championship Tuesday night against the Los Angeles Lakers, they won it on a Connor hardwood court with an unusual history.   An oak basketball court for the Celtics was first installed in the old Boston Gardens in 1946. In 1999 the Celtics asked Connor Sport Court International to build a new court in their new home, TD Banknorth Garden.
